My concern is this, I understand your creating an app for the safety of our benefits but what happens to the people that don't have cellphone's how do u protect them. Because not everyone has money to buy a cellphone or even understand how it works. Also this app is always crashing me on me and locking me out no matter how correct input the right password.

Good app but NY needs biometrics back
Good app because of useful info and the lock/unlock feature but not being able to sign in using biometrics anymore is really annoying.

Several times I've had issues with 'server error' message, and not being able to access the site to unlock my card is frustrating. It's VERY nice to have it protected , BUT not if you can't access it when needed. I deal with it because I WAS a victim of EBT theft N that sucks worse ... BUT just by a little bit 🤔

Like others have said on here it keeps asking to change password at least once a month and locks out soon after just today it asked 3 times and then locked me out. I am going to contact EBT and let them know that this company is not maintaining security and is compromising account. I recommend every one else who has this problem to do the same. Most likely this company will have 2 choices fix it or each state will find another company that will do it correctly.

it seems like you have to change your password every 30 days which is ridiculous AND it doesn't show how much a person would get in assistance for the next month....it only shows a current balance....i don't like that either

It has the balances which is useful. But it never has anything in messages even if there are messages on the website. Caused a couple problems that were a pain to get resolved. Wish I could check it all in one place like it suggests.
