They just shut down without any notice or ANYTHING. The money we had is gone! We are reporting this to BBB and other agencies.

It's ok I like the app but the games are not my style and you get very little change and takes awhile to earn the 5.00.the special games you have to go to really high levels to get a good payout and I don't ever get up that far esp on bingo or the slots

They just got rid of the banking ability. My daughter's card is completely gone from the app and no access to her investment accounts.

It was good until the newest update
We lived this app until the most recent changes. It gave us freedom and we loved the no cost compared to other teen banks (greenlight). But with this newest update, they closed down the actual bank part without any notice. We went to buy something and the card was being declined and we had no clue why until we opened the app and realized that they completely shut down and took all the money off our account and then wouldn't even let us change our address to make sure it was correct. We unhappy with this a little warning would've been wonderful.

It’s bad don’t get it
THIS GAME IS SO BAD. IT DOESN'T WORK AND WHEN I DO A SURVEY FOR COINS IT JUST GIVES ME MORE AND MORE SURVEYS SO DELETE IT AND DONT PLAY EVER AGAIN! THEY ARE SCAMMING TO GET YOUR INFO AND TO GET THEM MONEY WHICH IS WASTING YOUR TIME SO THEY MAKE YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN GET MONEY AND PEOPLE PLAY MORE!!!!
