Worst app.
I also have a Sam's membership it's such a pleasure to use thought Costco app I would be the same way where I would not have to carry my card with me it works for a few times and then it crashes and I can't get it to work again it's awful

Has bugs. Sometimes doesn't respond. The biggest issue is I've changed my delivery zip and warehouse location about 15 times and each time it defaults back to another locations within 30 seconds. It would be nice to be able to check-out online like I can at Sam's club so I can skip the lines.

When you search for products it never shows that product. The search is AWFUL. The costco app is one of the worst. Sams app is great. Sams also has scan and go which will keep me going to Sams and cancel Costco. Fix the app and website.

my only complaint is that Costco refuses to deliver to my PO Box. I need to deliver to a friend's house in the city and pick it up. I am rural and only have a PO Box.
