very manipulative service with TERRIBLE customer support. they charge you for random fees and when you try to rebuttal they have nothing to say and transfer you to several other people just to admit they are WRONG and they scam their CUSTOMERS.

My cable and internet are great .I have a problem with my fiber optic cable cut in half .I had a technician out to my home he didn't put a temporary line out so I can use my cable and internet till the other cable is put down . I've been waiting for four day and getting the run around.

Cox will throttle your internet. Usually certain times a day. I'm suppose to get 500 mbps and I've never got that- barely gets to 300mbps

Scamming leeches
Blood sucking leeches lie about what your bill is going to be absolute scam. I can't wait to get rid of cox. I absolutely despise them with a passion.

Frequent outages in a well established area, terrible service
This is the most expensive internet I've ever had and it is “decent” speeds. The service has frequent disruptions with no explanation and it often takes a long time for their system to update showing the outage, so when you contact support and wait, they don't know about the outage and have you go through all this hardware reset procedure, which causes issues once service is restored. The reps are not really very friendly or helpful. I would go to another provider in a second if there was another option available.
