Unable to cancel payment
If you schedule a payment and you need to cancel it the app will not allow you to do so. You'll get an error message saying try again later. When you try again later you get the same error message. Then it's in processing and customer service will tell you there's nothing they can do. Then you get a payment returned charge on your account.

Don’t open an account with them
you have to pay them in order to make payments with your debit card, and half the time free payments take so long you'll be late if you use them

Transferred me to a live assistant for no reason
When transferred over to the live assistant, they assisted me with nothing and charged me 4.95 not a good service don't use this service again

Disappointed
I've really had a bad experience from the start with this card and wish I never went with this card they never can show you what your statements are when purchasing anything and and when you ask it's blown off plus the price does not match what you spent
