They did updates and almost nothing works! Wth??? I can't put refills in. It won't allow me to enter my address and is insisting on me adding a credit card? Why? I pay when I get there. Great inconveniences and now it says email, I did and it bounced back. What a cluster fluck. Lastly to call? That's a joke to get a run around. What a mess!!! I need my rx filled.

Auto update doesn't work with this app, every time I go to use the app it tells me it needs updated. I work for CVS and use my app every day. So I don't understand why it never updates itself like it's supposed to

Doesn't let me log in I try using my mobile data or my wifi doesn't work they need to fix their app it only let access when I was at cvs

I do not know who in management thought it was a good idea to remove information about prescriptions. Before changing the look I could get "prescription supply" and day it was picked up, along with other information. Now it gives "Directions to closest Pharmacy". Whoever thought it was a good idea to limit information doesn't have any understanding of prescription managment. Don't bother with the app because it just became unless.

Absolutely trash app if you need prescriptions. I click my scripts, I want to see all my scripts not just whats up for refill now since I need to manually refill most of mine, but NO I get stuck in this weird runaround where it takes me back to another screen where I try to vew my scrips again.. view all... Scrips .. view all... Something went wrong.. scrips... FIX YOUR APP PLEASE!!! This is so angering....

Used to be a great app now it sucks! prescriptions don't show up, it keeps telling me either refills aren't there or that they are ready for refill then I get up there and they let me know they canceled it in store cause I was "trying to soon" but it was the app that said it was ready for refill so now they keep looking at me like a drug addict saying stuff under their breathe, I knew it was a few days early but I went ahead and told it to fill cause it asked ME if I wanted to & cause its payday
