Horrible customer service!
You sent me a 1/2 off deal for a peanut buster parfait. It said it had to be a Mobil order. We were already in the store. We asked the girls working if they could give us the deal or we had to enter on the Mobil app? They both had no clue what to do. I ordered the item on the Mobil app & we waited. It said it would be ready at 8:14. I could tell that wasn't going to happen so I told the girl I had a Mobil order. She said “oh” & then made my parfait. I don't think we would have gotten our ice cream otherwise. So frustrating!

Unfortunately the deals have been glitchy and deals that I've been told by customer service are applied to my account don't show up. This occurs even after force closing the app, logging out, and uninstalling then reinstalling the app. It makes for a poor user experience.

Ordered on the Dairy Queen App. The food was really good, and fries were crispy. The only issue was I had to wait an extra 20 mins in store while 4 Skip the Dishes and Uber were in and out very quickly.
