It takes a long time to load when I start it, downloads get stuck, the app closes by itself, it won't let me connect to my other devices like Spotify if it stops. It's amazing how they don't fix their app.

Everything was going great until one day I was only logged out, I have my account linked to Mercado Socio and I haven't been able to access my account for more than 3 days.

I haven't been able to use my APP for more than a week. The music starts playing, stops, and the message "content could not be loaded" appears. I've disconnected and reconnected several times, deleted the APP and downloaded it again (several times), checked if my subscription is active, checked the Internet... Nothing works. I just can't use the service!

My experience was horrible because I made a plan. With Tim to discount on the bill suddenly stopped the deezer and they claim that it is not entitled to use it because it is not available to my plan from the operator, detail I was not notified and I was left without the use

They have a lot of connection errors, since my experience with the app it stresses me a lot because it takes a long time to load the songs with the mobile data

Good as the others. The only thing that bothers me is creating a playlist of very random songs, many of which I've never even heard.

Deezer found it a good app, I will put my TIM plan to give access to the Premium plan, but I never registered in the app and when I put my email I already did that I am registered (ghost registration?) Then I put my daughter's email with the TIM plan. They only gave me a month's worth of use for me to sign. I've tried to complain and they don't give me access to AMAZING support. AN APP THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU ACCESS TO SUPPORT? NO OPTION TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT. I complained to Tim and there was no return since I have free access and I can't

30 seconds of music if you refuse to pay.... Honestly it's uninteresting it's still a shame even if I imagine that it's a superb application of what I've seen ....
