Evening ruined. Very bad. Deliveroo was all satisfied to have delivered "in just 86 minutes" (in Grosseto on Thursday night, not in San Francisco on Saturday night...), only that the stuff arrived cold because while the wait at the restaurant was minimal, the delivery was unbearably long as after the pick-up the rider, according to what was written online, went to pick up another delivery and then deliver it, arriving here, embarrassed, almost an hour after picking up the dishes.

Poor logistics, and you have to harass them to get a refund when it's their delivery person who doesn't give the order and who marks it's delivered. Frankly fair and uber eat is much better.

Catastrophic after-sales service it bothers an advisor in quotation marks who leaves the conversation under the pretext that I don't answer when I answer him. And the second one who simply doesn't answer anymore when really I was courteous and I simply asked for compensation for the damage of my family dinner transformed in a hurry into ketchup paste for the price of a tacos, will I ever be reimbursed? What is certain is that this application will be uninstalled forever

BAD SERVICE!
It's something absurd, 99% of the time they set a delivery time and punctually there are always between 40 and 80 minutes late. At this point it is better to go and eat directly in the restaurant. Strongly discouraged
