The motorcycle fares are ridiculous, not even the taxis charge that, not to mention that they have almost no drivers and take a long time when I ask for rides (which is constantly) and when someone else does it on their own for me they have lower prices and shorter waiting times

There should be a penalty for drivers who accept a ride and within minutes of arriving simply cancel it. It has happened to me on multiple occasions. That action takes a lot of time because in addition to the minutes I invested in waiting for the arrival of the car that canceled, I have to wait for the application to find another driver to make my trip. That penalty should be added as points to us customers

Terrible taxi app they withhold your money and return it 3 days later they also charge you for trips that were canceled by the drivers apart some drivers disrespect you and do not finish the trip

I asked for a loan there on didi, everything was fine but something happened to me and I could not complete the payment they are calling me and calling me every day they disappointed me they are very harassing with all respect I don't think that is legal, that's why my qualification but the rest everything fine only that the loan if they disappoint me thank you.

I never had a Very bad experience alike that before after I made the booking with driver with rate the app show to me and once i arrived to the locations the rate has change and they really do stolen people money and ripped them off am not really happy with this company. Anymore and I won't use this app any more

Terrible, his price is usually the cheapest and so I chose him to take a trip, they charged me more than 30 reais more than the value of the trip because the driver didn't cancel when I got out of the car. I contacted support and they took more than 1 month to get back to me and they didn't even send me an email to let me know that I had been answered, since I didn't use the app anymore I didn't even know. I went in today to see and it says they gave me the money back, which didn't happen even after months
