The QR scanning no longer works. Tried another smartphone (Xiaomi) but same result.

The app always worked reasonably. There is a lot to improve, but I was able to log in anyway. But since a few days, the qr code is no longer scanned. The app doesn't do anything. Shutting down and restarting makes no sense. So can't get into essential sites now.

Problems etc.
I can't change my password and stuff with my iPad. Or if we don't remember the password. Very difficult if you are disabled, like me. I have 1 device, an iPad. Then try to work with your digid. All together a lot too tricky. Well, when you're busy, Didi's doesn't do that I logged in to tax myself, but my wife couldn't access it because digid thought it was too busy. It's ridiculous that an enforced system by and for the government still has so many problems. Then there is the certainty. Last year, both of us logging in to the IRS worked well. Nothing has changed this year, yet this year my wife's data no longer works ? So there is always something to do with digid. The coupling one can only hope that it works out. Then he doesn't think this is quite right, then that. There are several programs that don't work for me because I haven't been able to log in because of linking. Oh yes, also because time is up and everything goes out. Well, at least it's very disappointing to me.

Scanning QR codes is very difficult after the latest update. This makes the app (on which you are quite dependent) almost unusable!

Logging in with the DigiD app can be done in two ways: 1. On your phone or tablet you log in with just a pin code. 2. Or log in on a computer using the app. You take over a verification code, scan a QR code and then enter your pin code. DATA PROCESSING & PRIVACY The DigiD app processes the IP address, the name and version of the operating system of your smartphone or tablet, the unique identifier of the mobile device, your mobile phone number and the 5-digit PIN code you select. When performing the ID check, DigiD processes the document number / driver's license number, date of birth and validity. By downloading and using the DigiD app you agree to this processing, which is also subject to the following provisions. 1.
