Normally I love this app but lately I'm having the same problems as many others. I have to constantly re-login and then the app crashes. Very frustrating when putting an order together.

The app hasn't been working efficiently for a few weeks now. Can't stay logged in for longer than a minute. Have to keep logging back in to use. Runs slow when you are logged in. Someone needs to fix this app considering most of your coupons and sales rely on us having to download coupons and we can't do that. Very frustrating and will not be shopping at Dillons until it's fixed.

Fix your app. Every time I try to access the prescription, I never get the access code to finish logging in in time before having to start all over. And then waiting for hours again for another code. You're going to make me change pharmacies.

Apparently there was an "update" may 6th.. hasn't worked since.. ive Uninstalled and reinstalled twice.. it worked fine before that. Now nothing

When I try to put things on an order, it changes how many I wanted. Like my last order, I wanted 3 diet mt dew to get the sale. I got 1 because the app changed what I had ordered, so I spent $9.99 for 1 12 pack instead of $7.99 each for 3 12 packs.

Love the app until recently
I cannot get to “pay in store” QR code or even see “pay at the pump” anymore. I am using the facial recognition to access that and it shows a check mark, but just sits at the pin entry screen. I tried using my pin but it won't move forward from there either. I have tried so many times it's telling me to change my pin. I can't find a place to do that and “forgot your pin” won't more forward either.

I changed my rating because after numerous complaints to the pharmcy department about the pharmacy app still not functioning correctly, now the grocery side is slow to load and products in-store are harder to locate. *UPDATE* reinstalling did seem to help. The pharmacy problem I don't know if it's the app or if it's just something wrong in the system, but I have reached out to them again to try and get this fixed.
