"The user name and password combination does not exist" *forgot user name* "Your user name is exactly what we said it was not." If I need a verification text just say that. Lying about the user name being incorrect just makes me want to shut off my card entirely. Funny how after I got the text I got logged in automatically, didn't even need my log in info. 🙄

May 2024: App still very slow to open. Most glitches have improved. Ocassionally, doesn't respond to touch. Sometimes need to restart App to get it to respond. Aug 2021: App always takes several minutes to load. A pop up that says loading gets stuck in the way and there's no way to get rid of it
