Not universal app

Your App is not universal and i face alot of difficulties in using it as I cannot use my credentials in my KSA in the app i downloaded from US store because it said not supported in my region and i am not always able to use my regional account if i travel abroad

I love this app, it's my go-to over any other streaming platform, but for the past couple weeks or so there's been issues logging in using the app and the website. Our card expired, so I understand why our account is on hold, but my family can no longer access our account on any device to update our payment. We do not know how to solve this, and every time we try to log in to change the info we either get stuck on a loading screen or we receive an error message. 😕

Corporate Greed

The Ads… just too much…. It took over 60 mins to watch a 35 min show…. Think about that…. Often times the ads go dark, only producing sound… you have to reset the program but then the ads play again….

Only three stars left Since the content is not updated more often, there is a lot of old ham in it for the price you have to pay per month

Good but…

The ‘Continue Watching' section should be relabelled as ‘watch from the beginning again because the app won't let you pick up from where you last watched' section. Super, super annoying!

This version of the app is awful. I don't know why disney plus doesn't have one universal app. Not just on mobile but also xbox, and the smart tv app. There is no 4k option, no surround sound. The app is slow and has quite a lot of issues when playing content. The biggest issue for me is the lack of 4k or hdr content.
