Please help! I really need my money back! I've been redirected, hung up on, lied to about ill get follow up emails/calls in 12 hours etc! I still have the order from days ago & can post online how horrible & dissatisfied i am & still can't get a refund! I spent well over 100 dollars & was refunded only 20bucks back. Thats not enough for non edible items & embarrassment. I ordered this for my family over to celebrate mothers day on the day we could & ordered that. 5stars for years til now

I sent in my order. When it was time to pick up, my order was never submitted and I had to wait for them to prepare it (thankfully I checked in with them instead of blindly assuming the app would start working).

Worst Deliver Crew

DoorDash is not good at hiring the right delivery crew nor the customer service team. Their Dashers constantly dropped my food at other locations despite of really clear instructions and easy to find locations. Their solution was just refund though we're starving and just want our food back. Their customer service just rudely ended my conversation with them when I ask for further compensation. Worst experience ever!! Never encountered this with other app.

I hate this app when in comes to groceries. They always mess up my order and charge me insane prices (17$!! For one pepper 🙄) don't waste your time. Order directly from the grocery store, it's always better

All bad

The drivers always deliver to a wrong house. The customer service people hired on to help are rude and unprofessional. The way you chose when it's okay to and not to refund things is ridiculous. When I get missing items you need the picture of my food but accuse me of eating those missing items anyways. Why are there three different taxes ON TOP of another line that says just “taxes”?

It doesn't offer delivery to me, I always get given an error and it says that the restaurant is out of range, even for ones less than 10 miles away.

Ordered from here once, and doordash signed me up for a subscription and stole $80 from me. Don't recommend unless you want to be robbed.
