Trouble with coupon
I love the shoes from DSW but the website is terrible and very glitchy. I always end up having to contact customer service for help. Luckily, they are very helpful or I'd shop elsewhere!mail, online. It keeps telling me that it is not for this profile or that it's been used before. Not happy about that at all! It comes in my name and should work on my account.

Terrible App
So I couldn't get my $30.00 coupon on the last day cause the App decided to have connectivity issues and I tried the other promo code and still had issues. Lost out on 2 discounts cause of internet issues, will be calling customer service whenever the waiting isn't 113 minutes long to report this huge and upsetting error on their part.

Rewards scam
Lost $10 in rewards because they weren't allowing me to buy something for the exact amount of the rewards. I guess now they are forcing you to spend money on top of the rewards voucher. I won't be shopping here as much as I used to..
