I have had the app for the past 3 years, and it worked great. However for the past two days it has been horrible. I have rebooted my phone several times and uninstall and re-installed the app, and it will not open. Extremely frustrated and disappointed now.

To order ahead, it's great. Reason for the 2 stars is, it's Dunkin. They've increased prices by a lot. 2 years ago I could get a medium hot coffee for 1.59 now it's 3 bucks with tax. But the app used to allow for free drinks, birthday drink, etc. Dunks is low tier coffee but now it's similar price to Starbucks. And starbucks has way better deals on their app than Dunks. So, dunks neither has the quality or the price differentiation. I'm uninstalling because it's useless to me now.

if I could I would give 0 star. I can't get pass the login; that's after uninstall and install 3 times. I just signed up which was a challenge because it didn't want to take my telephone number. Now that robot check I can't get passed. Use wifi to save on data, but when using data I still can't get pass the robot check thing. AND I JUST SIGNED UP. What a great start
