Love Dutch, not loving app
Update to app requires new account sign up, which doesn't recognize old number and when you try to create a new account says “connection lost” on submit. Don't even mind they lost the $10 left on the old account: just annoyed that their app doesn't work at all.

I can never get enough points
I can never get enough points for a free drink and then you take them away that's so dumb. I'm sorry I'm poor and your company feels it's right to go and do that. I'm really disappointed in the company

Logged me out
The app logged me out, now when I try to log in it tells me that my account doesn't exist. If I try to create a new account I get an error message.

I don't like the protection this app has . Any one can delete or steal your information from your account. My account was already deleted and renewed by another person in another city ....I had to delete it and make my account again. I can't trust this app with my information.

App does not want to connect even after uninstalling
Hey I changed my phone from iPhone 12 Pro Max to a current iphone 15 pro max and even after creating a new account and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. My app will not work. Can you please help fix this?

Love this place but app not working
With the most recent update, it's requiring making a new account. Then after I go through everything, it says it loses connection. There is something wrong with this update.

There's no way to view customizations or prices here. You also can't view the caffeine content of items. The only way is to exit the app, visit the website, and download a PDF. You get a free drink at 250 pts ($83 spent), but there are hardly any opportunities for bonus points. When there are, you only get a notification day of.
