App is junk. Registration doesn't work at all. The announced SMS does not arrive, even though the phone number is correct.

Charged twice? Payment without confirmation?
Yesterday at the lake... Payment by means of license plate recognition and app or all stations. I tried it with the app, but there was no confirmation whether a payment had been made or not. You can't see any history either. So in order not to risk a parking ticket at the exit, I paid again. 24 hours later, the invoice came via PayPal. So I paid twice. Hotline with a 30-minute waiting time? No thank you. I can only advise against parking with this app. At least until the problem is solved! Last year there were already problems with paying a parking ticket and the beach fee. I can hardly walk to the beach first and pay there and then walk back to park.

SMS code to log in does not arrive. Unfortunately unusable due to such problems. Yes, I have enough reception, even enough to download the app from the Play Store.

In order for me to avoid paying that damn service fee, I have to log in to my account and change to the price plan Östersund. (it doesn't happen automatically when I park in Östersund and should avoid the fee) But to log in to my pages, I need to get a verification code that doesn't show up either by email or text message. Smart way to get all that extra money you don't have the right to withdraw 🤬
