Parking continued to run, was unstoppable. Called several times with extremely long waiting times and rude service employees who threw the receiver on after explanation or said it was my fault anyway. Never had a response to emails either. Had to pay unjustly, because a collection company had already been called in. Do not do business with this company. Top-notch scammers. Case for Radar this, because there are many more people like me subject to this.

I can't turn off license plate recognition on one car and I can't turn it on on the other. Also, I can't change the color of the car's logo.

For years I have been using park mobile never experienced any problems, since it has been taken over by EasyPark it has become a crappy app. Problem logging in, are you logged in, your cars are not there, you have to close and log in again, start parking action is a challenge, end parking action is a challenge since a few days suddenly invalid payment method or I want to add a new payment method while I have been using my business IBAN number for years! Contacted them by phone and after being on hold for 30 minutes, I got someone on the line. Problem presented and I was told to uninstall the app and reinstall it again and if that doesn't work, just a new IBAN number. It's like having bank accounts with the fleet! And if that still doesn't work, according to the employee, it can only be done with a credit card because of the new Riverty payment environment! If you don't want to connect a credit card to the app, you delete your account, but I was told. Had great years with park mobile, but EasyPark doesn't know much about this, which can also be seen from their new website. 😅

Iphone 15 pro max and the app barely works, no notifications that there are malfunctions or anything. Not properly possible to park 2 cars at the same time

What a horrible company. There is absolutely no way to contact them. The app stopped my parking session due to an error resulting in me getting a fine. And they send you confirmation emails where they lie. Trying for 2 hours to get a hold of them through chat and phone but this is a scam company that can not be reached. I hate it.

I literally paid almost 150 euros for almost 2 days of parking. I was there for 2 hours, but the app didn't stop after 24 hours. This has cost me a lot!!

I've always had a great experience, but the last few weeks I have to log in every time and then I get a login code via email, really not convenient.

For the past six months, I have had to open the app twice every time I want to start the parking meter. The first time, the app does nothing but show the map. After this, I have to close the app and open it again, only then can I start a parking action. Hope for a solution.
