Notification Number
This will NOT go away after a multitude of attempts. It has said for 4 months that I have “3” notifications. I do not.

Buggy app
I can't write reviews from my phone, but it won't stop notifying me that I haven't reviewed my purchases. Specifically, on my iPhone, when I go to write the review, after I fill in the star ratings, as soon as I go to write in the text box, the keyboard blocks my view of what I'm writing, and there's no scroll option to fix it. Additionally it won't let me press “next”, I think because I haven added a photo? But I can't see the bottom half of the screen, so I can't be sure. So I can't post a review. And I can't get rid of my notifications telling me I haven't reviewed things yet. Love buying from Etsy sellers, but the app quality is disappointing.

Problem with a shop
It is difficult to file a grievance with a shop there is an issue with. Shop just took my money. Can not give a review on shop until 2025

I speak as a seller. The platform is very well structured. Too bad it's a jungle of bots bombarding with scamming and phishing messages, a situation that's totally out of control. There is the possibility of inserting the sender in the spam but not that of reporting the scam, and the carelessness of the management can be seen throughout, a surreal jungle. I wonder if there are any real customers, I haven't met a single one for now. The best part is that you pay.
