The support is bad, and they want me to send proof of purchase so I can play on my cell phone, in other RTS games like march of empires this doesn't happen!

TG, I did contact your support, they acknowledged that they had no evidence against me but also stated they could not help me. My account has been deleted by your GM's! Ticket 73119385 Was 5-stars but they recently started banning small accounts without cause and cannot/will not address the concerns. They will either ignore you or send a canned response they can't backup stating you violated terms of service.

Waste of time, the game is different than what you have shown in your display picture and ad video, don't you know this is bad.
