Why is it always a problem getting my medication?
There is a card on file that I know has money on it ! Why is it I have to continually chase my medication? Why is it you can cancel a 30 day supply from cvs pharmacy. Your retail partner.

Slow delivery
If one subscribes to auto refills, you are oversupplied and end up with a stockpile. If you don't, delivery can can take a week or longer.

Clunky and Unreliable
Logon is erratic and unpredictable. App is slow (when it actually works). Data incomplete and difficult to find.

Won't allow you to use the app without giving them your social security number. A disgusting invasion of privacy. It does not matter what features in the app utilize your social, the fact you can't even use the med reminder without giving them that level of personal information is predatory and an inexcusable tactic to mine data from the elderly.

Communication is horrible
I was told that I could not use copay coupon for medication then was shipped anyway. Cancelled a previous medication I had been auto refilled twice. All this was confirmed with a representative and yet nothing changed . Received a 2nd auto fill in canceled medication and a refill on medication that was told was switched to Walgreens because could not apply coupon.

Can you at least allow me to complete my order before demanding a review? It throws me here and then the app got an error. I would also like to be able to see that an order is being filled or has a refill available (before it tells me I need to order my meds via email/text) and then it tries to do 2 orders of the same meds too soon and notifies my Dr. that I need refills of something they just filled. It used to be more intuitive.
