Avoid at all costs. They are the worst ever. There are better alternatives like Renmoney and Credpal. I've taken 3 loans from them and repaid all very early, yet they don't properly report to the credit bureaus and my credit dropped. Customer service is the most incompetent I have ever seen, they just parrot rubbish responses like robots and don't use their brains in ANY capacity to try and resolve issues. It's not as if they even give any sizable loans. A measly 300k is the most at once.

Fairmoney is the best but their interest is unbearable pls they should work on their interest I recommend fairmoney to a friend but she complain about the interest which is my problem form fairmoney they loan me 120k to pay 225k is too much is too much they should work on it pls cos people are complaining about fairmoney interest biko biko oooo

I'll have to transfer money to fairmoney app first and they will now collect charges first before I will now pay my loan of which they will still collect another 0.5% again. I will never recommend this cheat to anyone I know.

I asked fairmoney to delete my account since you guys wont lend me a loan,i sent different mails but none is working i have waited for 30 working days but still no result

they were okay but rn they're acting fraudulent and I think it's time to delete this app. customer support is zero. how come I can see I was credited on my transaction and my balance is zero? pat me my money!! . edit. you ask me to semd a Whatsapp message to a bot number you provided. I'll let you know I even spoke to support and nothing has been done, it's better you rectify it from here unless I'll keep spreading the word. pay me my money!!
