The App is back to terrible
One of my daily apps...checking in on my personal goals trying to earn my money for incentives. It seems like at the beginning of the week or halfway through the goal the app is down again. I've had to restart goals that I was nearly finished twice because I couldn't get signed in. This app is starting to be a headache again. So we have to leave $120 on the table because the app is inconsistent? The incentives are lost and hard to earn on a non working app.

Awful
Cannot access anything with this app. It leads me to pages that say the page no longer exists. Cannot access pharmacy info any more. Not sure I will stay with Fepblue if they don't fix it.

Can’t login after updates
I cannot login into the app no matter how many times I reset my password. I can login just fine on my phone browser. Worst app development ever. Useless support too. Blue Cross blue shield takes all of your money and can't even make a decent app for its paying customers while they profit billions of dollars.

Needs improvement
I rarely had problems with the app in the past, but I do now. I had to re-verify my device over and over again - then ended up having to call customer support who did help me to get logged back in. Then, after I hung up the call, I was asked to re-verify my device yet again! It had to be at least 12 times that I was asked to re-verify, over and over again. I feel badly for anyone that isn't tech-savvy who may run into this issue.

Accurate and Dependable
The app is great honestly, but one reason I won't give it 5 stars is when I try to log my daily stuff foods and workouts for everyday it doesn't pick up that it's a new day. Kind of goes based off when you last logged in and I don't care for that. Other than that I enjoy it!

The app doesn't work. I get caught in an endless chain of requests to go to a verification site after entering my mobile number.

Every time I log in it rejects my password, so I have to reset my password every time I want to open the app. Waste of time.
