I love the ap however my online shopping e-receipts don't load and that is bulk of my purchases. I contacted support and no one ever assisted me.

I was enjoying the game till it was telling me to allow tracking to play fetch games. It's not allowing me to turn on allow tracking and now that means I can't play my fetch games and I'm mad

Been a whole year of snapping receipts
Update: you are requiring iOS 16 now… I can play all my games on my phone without updating it but I can't use an app that takes pictures of receipts?? Huh? If you buy the promoted items sure, you could get gift cards left and right. But someone like me who doesn't and just snaps receipts when I go to the store, this thing takes forever to get to 30k points. It's been one whole year and I'm only at 27k and now you guys took away the daily spin which makes snapping receipts worth even less.

Disappointed that two of the bonus categories are primarily alcohol and gum?! Where is food? Also, I have no pets, so I wish I didn't have to view all those offers.

Rip off. Redeemed points and a few days later I guess they expired so at that point they declined the reward. (after the fact). Un-installed.

Tried to cash out points and they took my points away, claiming that I broke rules by submitting someone else's receipts. I have credit card statements showing that I made and paid for MY purchases. When I asked for them to be more specific they told me to look at their rules and said that my case was closed and they would no longer respond to it.
