I didn't think the space of the Conimbriga hotel in the palace chosen for the candlelight event was adequate. The musicians were practically at the level of the spectators and the candles were already very weak. There was no replacement of candles between the various times of the shows and it did not correspond to what was advertised in visual terms. As for the musical quartet, it was excellent.

no wallet support
The app description says that Wallet is supported. Unfortunately, however, the tickets can only be managed via the company's own app. You are therefore forced to install another app. The app itself does what it promises.

Used it once booking tickets, "cancelled" the show 5 weeks before hand and rescheduled it for same venue same date with more expensive tickets... avoid

Terrible Customer Service
They have one of the worst customer support systems ever. They constantly will end the chat even after you reply, or they wonât reply at all. There website says you can exchange tickets but then they sit there and lie and say I canât and then also wonât refund my money. Theyâll go and lie and say you agreed to paying when there isnât an agreement. Overall terrible company and terrible venues that they support.
