On line sign in is clumsy and won't accept known passwords. 53rd phone help line is NOT available at night...when people who work must do personal business. so when you are locked out of account you cannot move forward.

Absolute garbage
Every time I use the app I have trouble with it. There is nothing simple, easy or convenient about the 5/3 app. This is the only app that I consistently have problems with. I hate it so much.

This app errors out during multiple functions. The verification function presents an error when asking for either a text message or phone call.

Tried to cancel an automatic payment, was told they couldn't help me without a $30+ fee. When I expressed my discontent, I was immediately kicked from the chat on the app. Other than that, it's a decent app when decides to work.

Please bring back daily balance
I like the app fine and it's easy enough to navigate, see accounts and pay bills but seeing the balance adjust by each transaction is a must. Only seeing expenses but not the corresponding balance adjustment needs to be added back.

I keep getting locked out for no reason!!!
For months now, I keep getting a notification that my accounts been locked. Then, when I try to reset the password, it tells me it can't and I have to call in.

Got a updated card today. It tells me to use the app to activate it. I looked all over this freaking app and NOTHING. You would think that it would be under the ' manage card ' button, but nope.
