Please this app is very useless if u try to use fingerprint in terms of making transfer it shows u should use pin,and is not secured when making such transactions in presence of someone u wouldn't want to see ur pin, please First Bank,u people should work on the biometric aspect. Is affecting me that's why I give one star 😡😡😡

Please I have not been able to use it on my device. It's killing me the way I can't install and operate this app with my new phone. How could you consider the last 3 phones I used previously to deny me installing it on my new phone? I no longer have access to those phones. What's the essence of OTP, PINs, CARD codes and whatsoever if you could not use it to allow me to continue using your app on my new phone?

Account On/Off Switch.
The option for switching of account balance is no longer functional. Please check the app for bugs and have it fixed for a new update. I succeeded in turning it off but on logging in, the account was on, most times it returns with the message: account off unsuccessful. I have complained to FBN help on X and FBN too but they keep saying it's functional when it's not. It switches itself between intervals as if it is under PHCN control. Please check for bugs before it becomes vulnerable to malware and people's hard earned funds begin to disappear. Thank you.

Very useless and annoying They block my account for no reason I'll complain with no response and it will take the whole month before it unblocks
