Flex is good
I like flex. However I don't like that it doesn't break my rent in half evenly. Doesn't make sense as to why it doesn't. It has helped me to pay my rent and stay ahead.

I DID LOVE USING FLEX UNTIL U SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT FOR 1 PAYROLL CHECK ISSUE. IT IS RIDICULOUS JUSTVFOR ONCE.

Horrible Service People and Company
You guys are evil individuals. Yall know exactly what your doing taking hours to respond. No customer service number. No help. No resolution then had the audacity to suspend my account over something that wasn't even my fault! I hope you guys get sued!

If you don’t really need to split your rent don’t
Horrible customer service and was wrongfully over charged due to a mess up at my apartment but flex didn't care they paid what was posted and didn't bother trying to fix the problem. Apartment had to credit my account for the next month but I still had to pay flex in full.

Serves it’s purpose
I have had a couple issues with Flex. One major one where they were late in paying my complete rent which resulted in late payments. There are fees on each payment as well as a “membership” fee. It's convenient but cost more in the long run.

Charging my account without authorization
This app is alright, helps split rent payment. But I turned off the auto pay feature and the app is still trying to auto charge my account for rent without my authorization. That is unacceptable. Going to be contacting support which is impossible since they do t have any phone support it makes it way to difficult to get any help from them. Also my apartment complex only lets me pay rent through here or another company, which is absurd that I have to sign up for a third party without my approval or agreement. Don't trust flex with your info if you don't have to use it.

My first payment what so ever is supposed to pay your whole as it break down to a second payment but it did not pay my whole rent as it promise in the contract.
