I've been using Flowbird for a very long time without any problems but I just had a very bad experience This morning I wanted to pay for my parking at 9:15 am, I was asked to check my phone number, it was right and I was asked to type in the code received by text message, which I did and I was told wrong code? Same operation 10 times in a row so I gave up and I went down to put a ticket from the terminal on the windshield I had an fps notice set at 9:37 am I have made a complaint, I am waiting for the answer!! I'm now waiting for the fps to be canceled How much time was wasted!!!

Errored out so they blocked my account
Tried to pay for parking, a whopping $2.25 vs a $100 parking ticket. Kept getting “Payment cannot be processed. Please try again later.” Which is a useless err or for an end user. Should I try a different card? Are they saving my info and retrying? Is it a cellphone connectivity issue (I had 2-3 bars)? It didn't provide me enough info to do anything! Faced with missing an appointment and accruing late charges vs potentially getting a parking ticket, I tried re-running the credit card, reset my cell signal, closed the app, restarted, and finally had to just give up and walk away because they closed my account. This is a poorly designed error code and poorly designed decision to close accounts for unknown reasons.

After validation by the bank the ticket does not appear, so I took a second duplicate ticket so that it finally appears! Grrr!

Insanely unfriendly
Brought personal info in from somewhere (plates, cards, etc) so thought I was good. Tried for a looong time to get it to work. All it did was inexplicably error over and over no matter what I did. Also impossible to add a new card. Finally gave up and walked back to pay station and used card.

Many malfunctions on this application, which are due to its slow and inconvenient use. Customer service unable to answer even the most basic questions

This is terrible, takes up my day and wants me to verify by them sending a code to an office phone numbber? How am I supposed to do that? Absolute terrible and these parking apps waste even more of my day than my money. Such a hinderance, burden and does nothing to provide clients, just a tax. I was on time for my appointment, but still havent got into the app Wish there was a negative rating, as they do not deserve anything over zero
