Past 3 times I used the app it was a horrible experience. - 1st My address is never picked up correctly. So I have to get out of the house and walk. I cannot order the taxi in front of my place - every time I order taxi I find a driver then it cancels and find another and it goes on this loop. - when it finds a driver, the man is not moving not answering my messages or calls. This made me waste 10 - 15 minutes trying to get a taxi 3 times now. Use Uber it's more reliable and simple.

Got a price range 91-121 EUR when booking a trip but in the end got charged 165 EUR. If you are not able to estimate the value of the trip in some country better do not provide any services. As a consumer I do not care if yoy have technical difficulties to do that either fix it or just stop your service in that country. Charging +44EUR(+34%) from the max of estimated value is absurd.

Appalling service
Appalling service we received last night with FREENOW. Me and my blind elderly friend ordered a taxi after a concert in Wembley. A driver accepted our course and the app said it was coming in 5 minutes. The time passed and the expected time kept on becoming longer. I texted our driver Caroline, asking if she was coming soon and she replied yes. After 35 minutes of waiting for her, she was at the end of the road and cancelled the ride. We couldn't believe it! After so long and after confirmation she was coming, she cancelled!? We struggled to book another taxi as everyone was coming out of the concert and it got very busy. We had to wait so long for a black cab to come. My blind friend was distressed, as she's an old lady and needed to sit down. On top of that, we used FREENOW prebooking service for our journey to the concert and I was charged twice: The day I booked and after our trip. I certainly won't use your app again!

App is buggy (invoices are sometimes not displayed correctly) and support is catastrophic .... doesn't even read the mails properly

Unfortunately, drivers reject the rides and you stand like an idiot on the street because there was supposed to be a pick-up in 5 minutes. Uninstalls.
