The app does not allow one to purchase a single check-in bag. The app is rigged to force you into purchasing a bundle of unnecessary things for over a hundred dollars!

Absolutely horrible customer service this morning at 6:00 am I receive an email saying flight cancelled no explantion or solution to the matter my entire family mind you group of 15 people already took days off paid for an air bnb and has pre booked activities which we won't make and can't even give us an extended flight back to stay an extra day no options so out of air bnb a 1.5 lost of work no form of helping us or even trying to change the return dates to atleast gain a lost day horrible first and last experience worst experience ever do not fly with frontier not worth the hassle paid for baggage now not even needed since we lost two days of our family vacation with a horrible service

Difficult to even book
The website and the app offer different times and prices. I wanted Premier booking for certain flights and it was not offered on the app. Online it was offered, but for the wrong flights. On the app the pop ups to upgrade are everywhere making it impossible to just get to the final page to pay!

The 24 hour cancellation is a bait and switch. Had to rebook a flight for an earlier date and couldn't cancel through the app. Had to call and chat with an ESL illiterate for hours only to end up with a voucher and an $80 penalty fee even though I rebooked through frontier. Bottom tier thievery from start to finish.
