If it works, neat…
So far when the app works it's quick and no major complaints. However, the constant password update requests and locking out of you mess that process up (when all you want is your proof of insurance) is a $@&&@!? joke. Try a different company or app

In the past couple of days had nothing but bad experience with Geico. I don't know who to talk to, but everyone I've talked to have given me the same excuses why my drivers license was suspended. Geico takes no responsibility for my experience with the police and defines that I got, because of Geico 2% of DMV with my active insurance. At the end of the day, you are my insurance company and you should protect your customers instead I've had nothing but bad experiences from people being hanging up the phone and you have my number my information look at my history of calls in the last couple of days and experience what I've experience nothing but bad customer servicepeople offensive

The updates should NOT be in the way when I'm standing on the side of a busy hyway with a flat and can't get in touch with geico to help because the app wants to update but keeps spinning and won't update and I can't open the app for help! Thanks to a good guy who stopped and helped me change my tire no thanks to the geico app and I have roadside service! :( I have had geico for many years and I'm satisfied with them but someone needs to fix the app so a person can "update later" when opening it

The app used to be great. But, lately it keeps saying that every time I drive I'm handling my phone which I'm not. I keep my phone in a mount holder, and it moves anytime I go over bumps. This never used to matter. I finally got fed up and denied the app access to my trips.

Terrible. Takes forever to open. The driveease requires setting up over and over again every few days. It can't differentiate between riding a ferry vs walking vs driving. There is no option to select (this trip does not reflect a trip taken). It randomly loses track of the path and assigns "hard braking" to the point where it resumes tracking (evidence by the path taken being a straight line thay does not follow any roads). Also, the request a quote function did not work.

It's okay but please make an option to multiselect trips. I ride share to work and it's very tedious to change each trip to passenger. :(

I downloaded the app but it doesn't recognize my cell number to activate it. Very disappointing. It's like they don't want to honor the "discount"
