We have received pizzas with pieces of plastic in the dough!!. I have sent them photos and they have only given me a partial refund when it would be to report them.

The Ukrainian man had a problem with delivery to the housing estate. I sent him an arrow with a photo of where to go, after a while it came that there was already an order, and there was nothing.... 50 PLN and the order went well.... EDIT: Joanna helped very quickly from support. A big plus for the quick response.

Worst delivery service, they cancel the order and charge again because they simply don't include the bag at checkout, and then you have your own money blocked in the account for days

Shame on !! Be careful!!
They cancel the order themselves because the delivery person can't find the address, you don't eat, and on top of that they charge you!! I've been trying to get my order refunded for a week, and they don't give any solution.

Horrible customer service, the complaint processes about erroneous orders and about verifications of my account very long and it does not solve anything for you through the chat. Horrible indeed.
