It's sad that I have to pay extra shipping for something that's not my fault. “Return to sender” shouldn't even be a thing just send my the shoes I paid for. Never ordering from this app again.

The recent commercial has the most horrid music and ear bleeding jingle. Just cuz of that I won't use the app.

Worst app to buy shoes from. Don't buy from here very bad customer service and not helpful. I recommend buying from any other app except here. Believe me.

I've been a happy customer for a while but lately have had terrible experiences with goat. They sent me clearly used shoes then made me jump through hoops to get them returned. Tried another purchase and received shoes that were absolutely awful in hand and smelled like a glue factory. How they passed any verification check is mind boggling. The company is unethical and incompetent

Too expensive

Unreliable listings and poor customer service. I had 2 of 3 orders canceled due to the seller not being able to fulfill the order. Their supposed policy is to find another seller and fulfill the order. In both instances, there were multiple listings for both shoes, but I got a message that they were unable to find another seller. When I asked why this kept happening, I got a copy/paste response to try again. You're better off on eBay.

They have been selling fake shoes saying that they already verified before sending it . I bought another pair of shoes again because they didn't return the money. They gave me a credit to use it on the same app. I hope this time it gets verified before sending it and hopefully I don't return it again. I'm paying for original shoes not fake.

Sellers confirm buyers purchases but doesn't send the merchandise you pay for to GOAT. Be aware of this. A guy name Jorge C has been taking care of this. He's been pretty cool & solid at communicating, but 2 confirms later and NO shoe mailed for verification. Now Jorge has to investigate the seller 🤦🏾‍♂️ - crazy. The sellers will have you so upset GOAT being the middle man is caught in the cross-fire because you don't know why you don't have your shoe. Great app but they have a seller sabotaging business problem. Better fix that! To date: 11-4-21 So I have a dilemma like every other person that uses GOAT. I Can't use StockX because they hire criminals/thieves that steal from their own Sellers before it even gets to the Buyer. But GOAT itself has a different problem. As you see above I went through 2 Sellers not sending kicks I payed for. Well, I decided to give it another shot, I mean, third times a charm right? Pfft! I kid you not when I say I've just experienced a 3rd consecutive time the seller has not sent the merchandise payed for. This is beyond a problem for a company like GOAT. You can't make this stuff up - needles to say if this doesn't workout I'm following the universe. Buy buy dead little goatie — and your fees are going up as well which is BULLSH**! Yeah this company won't last too long with its garbage ways. Not being able to immediately cancel a purchase if you make a mistake is wild. And we all know that your review ratings are fabricated by buys. Goat you've earned way too many negative reviews for it to be a 4.9 - LIARS using flip farms to bolster their reviews. Shady.

It is incredible how this site scams and gets over on people everyday and nothing can be done about it. They are terrible when it comes to communication, time shipping, verification and truly and process that has something to do with online shopping. Its like a local teenager trying to middle man fake clothes to people and makes sooo many mistakes while doing it. I gave them 1 star though because its impressive how much bad business they do and still are able to have so many people spend money with them.
