Broken email link in feedback
How convenient. You think we're not believer enough to realize you deliberately made a fake entry in the email field that's not a valid email address? Give people more credit than that. When you click on Feedback, it gives the user a fake email with no “@…,” so it goes nowhere. The BBB would like a word. Try to send them feedback. It gives an incomplete email address. The government needs to break up the company. Stop Going after Apple, and realize Greyhound is the monopoly that's a problem here.

unsatisfied bus air went out ride 3hour with out air they the bus broke down set at a truck stop for 3and half hour no airwait on a bus to come it was horrible

I just miss the bus 4 mints late. Disappointed me for future use this service. Not refund and voucher. Pay for the next purchase of ticket. Do take little longer on phone call. And the staff on port authority can't do any thing. All they can suggest u to call.

Had 2 flat tires missed my connection so had to wait an extra day. So now I don't have a ride and have to pay for an Uber on top of the cost for food for the extra day. Then I get on the bus at 12:55 am and there is someone in my seat told her and she even said her seat was a row up. She wouldn't move so I stood in the isle and the bus driver just took off expecting me to stand there for 2 hours.

Horrible people to travel with I missed the bus due to a seizure an they wouldn't even transfer my ticket to another travel date I'll never recommend travel with this horrible company to anyone this was beyond my control I could understand if I wanted my money back but I didn't I just wanted my ticket transferred to another day an I was willyto pay the difference
