The game is cool, but often on the levels you make a combination of stones from 5.4 pcs.nothing happens, they count as a combination of three identical stones.

Used to be a great game
The graphics and storyline are fantastic and I love the concept of the teams. This used to be my favorite game and I have spent countless hours playing it . Unfortunately, once you start to pay for power ups, it works completely against you. The puzzles become ridiculously hard until you use a power up and then it might let you win. The end puzzle helpers often work against you now – that's new – and frustrating. It seems as though once they know you're willing to spend money. They make it impossible to play without spending money. The greed of monetization removes all fairness from the game. It no longer has anything to do with skill – just how much money you are willing to spend. A real shame. Zynga you can do better!

...although this is an awesome game, the venue where I signed up for the game (InBox Dollars) offered a paid incentive which is quite impossible to earn, albeit unless the player actually pays for amenities that enhance the games, and speeds thing along, as far as the more difficult puzzles. Considering all that...the inability to achieve that incentive kinda takes away from the game, as well as playing any further, at least on a regular basis.....

It's a competitive game that's quite unfair. But if there is, it should be fairer. I've been playing for years, the more I play, the more it sucks The more ups, the more they rot. If you don't know, ask your teammates if each event is played. The stages to play and the win-loss trophy that you have to win, and you will know how unfair it is.

I'm so frustrated with Support, ready to delete this game. I reported a problem 10 days ago with Quidditch & Support has been less than useless in resolving my concerns. I submitted PROOF with screenshots showing that my team was winning with 22 secs to go by 2000 pts. 5 secs after the event ended, our opponent was declared the winner by 5000 pts. Clearly this is impossible. Either the game malfunctioned or the other team cheated. NO EXPLANATION or COMPENSATION or APOLOGY, I don't feel valued

I am annoyed that I no longer get the option to watch a video for extra moves. My husband upgraded and has extra options for additional bombs and moves. I am not sure why this happened but it really isn't fair. I tried to update and I am not given the option for update only open or uninstall. You should make the game the same for everyone.

Recent changes with the coins have made it impossible to accrue any, which is leaving me with no outs if a puzzle has to be played 100 times to get thru it. I now find myself playing a couple times and if I get nowhere, I close the game and do something else. Really over repeating the same puzzles.
