When writing messages to my doctor a window continues to pop up stating that certain characters are not allowed. I am not using any unauthorized characters in my messages! This has caused me to cancel several messages for my doctor. Not cool!

Hard to find anything other than appts. Difficult to tap small areas/icons Update.. just installed on new phone, won't verify location or provider. As an ex mobile programmer, I can say this is absolutely not user-friendly. And poorly designed for anything except larger screens. I use a small form phone and this app does not work on it. Very poor design
