So far…
The app seems very overwhelming and pricey. You're not able to change/modify your native language nor enter new learning languages or teach more than your native… unless you pay. What's the point if you're learning 2 or 3 languages at a time? iTalki doesn't charge for listing more languages.

Got shadowbanned for no reason. Never talked politics or anything controversial, but that didn't stop it from happening. App also bombarda you with subscription services every time you open it up.

Transphobic support
There is no support for non binary people, which I understand how ever when I asked for my gender to be changed from female to male (to better reflect my gender). I was told I needed to have my “real gender” from my government issued id. Which my government issued id says X so they are just being transphobic.
