There was a 10 percent discount for new members. I installed the app, the employee at the checkout didn't know how to get the discount. There was nothing about it in the mailbox either. App uninstalled, done!

Bad delivery options
Won't let me select next day delivery. And says there is no pick up point near any address I enter. I know it's after 9pm and my order would be 2 days, but I wanted it faster than 3-5days

Miserable app
I'm so tired of this app. When it works... it is super and relatively user-friendly. But it is more the rule than the exception that the app does not work optimally. In general, it has become quite slow to load certain products. In addition, it OFTEN happens that it crashes and doesn't work for several days?! I wonder why the problems are not fixed faster, when you think about all the sales that are lost. And what annoys me the most is that my list of "liked" products is regularly reset and deleted, often in connection with these crashes.

Can't choose free shipping options so had to choose one that cost me 60 SEK extra but still it takes 6 working days before the package arrives.

Search unusable
Unfortunately, only irrelevant things come, you can't filter by gender, if the filters would work at all... It's a pity, now that the selection (especially for men) in the stores is significantly reduced and you can no longer search/find your stuff in the online store/app.
