I like Hoopla so far and it's easy to use. I just don't like that you can only check out ten items per month.

Great resource but can be frustrating!
I find that I sometimes have difficulty listening to books on my phone when in the car. Sometimes, I'm required to sign in frequently while at other times there is no issue. Sometimes, this happens while I'm driving so I have to listen to the radio instead. I wish it were more consistent.

It's a good app, but the setup is messy, and the search feature struggles with generalities. Great quick access to literature without the wait time. Great titles and decent diversity.

Update or IDK
IDK if i was The last update that logged me out... but this all started the last several days. I logged back in and now it won't allow me to borrow books from my local library. I can listen to the book I was currently listening too but I can't borrow anymore. It just say call with the name phone number to my library. I tried deleting the app restarting my phone downloading the app again. Logging back in, checking the app setting.. it still does not work.

I love this app but, it daily content is often maxed out, and I can not access content. The content I'm interested in is most often the instant borrowing books. 3 books a month is great, but I would like it to be more.

Your service keeps popping up a window. "The collective daily borrow limit has been reach. will reset at midnight...." This is incorrect because I haven't borrowed anything in weeks. This error has happened before, I was able to reload the app, and it cleared up. Not this time, though.
