The order was cancelled by the platform without authorization, and no refund will be given. The platform phone can never be reached, and the after-sales service email cannot be replied to within 72 hours...... Finally, replying to an email is still a cliché, and there is no solution to the problem at all, and it is also noted that if you do not reply to the email within 24 hours, the after-sales support service will automatically end...... Garbage is black for a lifetime!

Hopper getting more unreasonable
Booking a flight on Hopper has recently started to be like booking on spirit . By the time they wear u down with EXTRA CHARGES , an inexpensive flight becomes paying for college tuition!! Where's my forgiveness on the loans I have to take !!!

5 times! 5 times have tried to get a flight and EVERYTIME, no matter how fast I go through the booking, the app says the flight is not available anymore when finishing payment details. I've given it a solid try as this is not the first time it has done that. Last time I thought it was simply a minor bug, but now it seems to be part of how it works. Sorry Hopper, wish you the best of luck.

Won’t Let Me Claim Referral Voucher
I got all 15 referrals and every time I try to claim the $250 reward voucher it says “Whoops, the claim failed. Try claiming again to get your reward” I got the $175 voucher for referring 10 people but now all of a sudden there seems to be a technical error. I've contacted them and waiting to see if they actually do something or not. If not, I will be cancelling my other hotel booking and telling everyone in my destination wedding NOT to book through Hopper. Hope Hopper fixes this, so I don't have to take business away from them -Karen Bridezilla

Never use this awful app
Booked a one-way flight to Medellín through Spirit.com with one connecting flight in Fort Lauderdale. Only had to pay once for bags on this leg of my trip. Booked my way home through Hopper and was told at the gate that I had to pay for checked bags twice, one from the origin gate, and one for my connecting flight. When I inquired why, spirit explained that hopper put a hold on the connecting flights, and paid it so late, that it created separate bookings. Even on the app it claims “this itinerary combines different airlines..” when both legs are Spirit. This mistake costed me an additional $170 in checked bag fees. I went with another group who booked the same flights directly through spirit and only had to pay their baggage fees once. Please book your flights directly through the airlines if you want to avoid paying 100s of dollars of extra fees.

Designed to Mislead Customer
DO NOT USE THIS APP! I've been mislead/tricked three times. First time - I had booked a flight purchasing refundable tickets and had to cancel. I did not get a refund, but an airline credit. What you see is not what you get on this app. Second time - I go to use my carrot cash credit from the flight cancellation on a hotel and didn't spend the whole credit. They zeroed out the remaining balance taking $350.00! Getting ahold of a representative on this app is very difficult… plus the language barrier. They escalated my claim and I got my leftover balance reinstated. (That is the only positive here). Third time - I go to spend that last $350.00 on a car rental that was advertised as “limited time sale!” Beware when you see that if you have a credit. Hopper subtracts your credit from the real total of the rental to look like it's on sale then bills your card the “sale” price. I thought I was getting a car on sale for 332.00 (my carrot cash would've paid for it and then I purchased the insurance on the side) I was really charged $681.31. They refused to give me my credit back and when I sent them screenshots asking to explain their advertised sale, all they could say was prices fluctuate. Whatever you do… do not use Hopper.
