Re: Messages
I have messages that I've opened and kept notifying me that it's not “read” yet. If you update an app, please provide a “delete” button for the messages. It's annoying to see these notifications. I just updated it again and it still notifying me that I have unread messages.

Annoying chat bot never solving your problem
The App is sub-standard. Support is done by chat bot which never answer your question. App never specifies whether the currency is US$, AU$, SG$, CA$… so you never know how much exactly you ca redeem.

Sign-in doesn't work. I can't view my full itinerary when tap sign it does nothing like the function doesn't work at all.

Not longer able to log in!
With a VPN I can no longer log in to my hotels.com app!! Giving that I travel a lot I do not want to turn off my VPN!! I never had one issue until last two apple updates!! Uggggg…. I've lost out on bonus one-key points and the ability to chat with a representative too!! Please fix!!

The website and app are designed to waste your time, not produce reusable results. I've tried booking on the website tried booking through the app and nothing's working right now.
