This printer constantly stops to clean itself and the HP Smart app only works half the time. 50% of the time I scan a document and when I save it saves it at 0MB and the app shuts down and I have to re start and wait for it to recognize my printer again. I wish I could just buy a printer that works and does not require me to have a jank app so that it can track my data and make me buy overpriced ink cartriges.

Glitchy, awful app
The app freezes pretty much every time you use it and causes frequent errors with your hardware. You're better off just plugging the thing into a computer.

HP+ function on the printers is absolutely outrageous, there is no turning back and every device has to run with the appropriate software so that you can still use the printer... also no accessory ink is then permissible... HP+ can no longer be deactivated on the printer. the support is lame and definitely leaves questions unanswered!
