Slow
I like being able to get most of the information I need in one place; however, the app itself is super slow. It takes forever for it load. It is also not interactive. You can't add something to your cart or list from the ad. The Kroger ad within the app is completely interactive.

New sign in is absolutely horrible. Takes forever and I couldn't skip past any of it. I just was to see prices at my store. Fix this

I used to love Hy-Vee but they don't take care of the customers anymore out of something and you don't get the same rights store I used to take care of you and they have given up on taking care of the customer first customers right or nothing all right so I recommend not to buy The Perks program just because you paid $100 for the program you're still treated like a second citizen the online people rights I'm getting prices not to buy me the program or don't you know

Use to love shopping through the mobile app, however they've been changing it a lot lately and despite the updated look there are many glitches. They say you can navigate and search by deals and fuel saver but you can't. I use to be able to scroll for days looking through the fuel saver items and now they only show you 20 items. I've tried to get answers and I get told things to do that I've already tried. I'm certainly not happy with the service I received when trying to address issues

This is a terrible app if you don't want to join the Perks program. It is almost unusable. There are constant pop-ups and redirects to signing up for the program. Do not recommend unless you want to sign up.
