Like getting money back, but clipping the coupons takes forever. Could be a little more like fetch rewards without the clippings of coupons

I can save more money by shopping frugally and looking for deals. Plus, ibotta TOOK AWAY my earnings for not using the app enough. It's kind of like punishing me for not being your friend. There are much better apps out there to use for savings and earning extra money. Ibotta is not one of them.

So far, not so good.....They are holding on to that quarter back with both hands. Said that my item did not match even after confirming that i indeed do have the correct product any size, any type it said. If I have to work for the money it's a job. UPDATE: They fixed it after contacting, which you should not have to do, especially with the simplest choice of about all of them. I will change my review if it doesn't continue to happen

I used to love the AP but now it takes so long to select offers. Most of the time the AP “freezes” and I have to close and reopen it and then all of the offers I selected are now de-selected. I'm sure it intentionally slows you down to not allow you to just click all the offers at rapid speed but the AP has now made it such a chore to select and wait and select and wait. I rarely use the ap anymore because of this.

Switch to fetch where you get actual money not lies
This app used to be great. On the rare occasion something that normal people buy is included I never get the credit without picture of receipt picture of item with upc after I dig it out of the garbage. If it's check marked you should get automatic credit. It is a fight EVERY SINGLE TIME for a whopping 75 cents. What a phishing joke.

Locked my account and said they are working on it but nothing has been resolved nothing but chat bots they will even respond with contact chat but. Customer service is a joke scam sent waste time

Very disappointed with this app!
I received a receipt from target. My receipt was not legible so I went to guest service where they printed out a receipt for me that was on paper the same exact receipt that is provided through the Target app and I got a message that Ibotta does not accept this form of receipts. This app has been a waste of my time on countless occasions and this is another reason I don't enjoy using this app. I have been prompted to provide a review and here is my review. With the day and age of technology the fact that I have to scan a ridiculous receipt that takes time to do just so they can go back and fourth and conclude that they can't accept my receipt is ridiculous. Who knows they probably cash in on my efforts anyways and then deny me the cash due to me. What a shame! I don't recommend this app! Keep your money but this is the last time you waste my time!
