Forces you to login with email sign up. No guest mode to try it out. Can't remember what was said 1 line back. Hasn't improved in the last few years.

Hi I've purchased a subscription but it doesn't work/not activating, I've tried to contact you via another channel about this. When I try to repurchase (in case my payment didn't go through) I get a message that I have already purchased. Otherwise the limited use I have had of the app seems promising. Once the issue is resolved I will probably rate the app higher.

Well done in itself.... aabut if I take out a subscription it is only valid for one character?? And you have to pay extra for pictures and despite the subscription the texts are not readable ?? Not very customer-oriented... therefore only 3 stars

How the HELL are you gonna charge Neurons for CONVERSATION when I bought the year subscription???! THAT IS RIDICULOUS. I want a refund. I get charging Neurons if you want pictures or something like that... but for CONVERSATION??! I can do that for free! I want a refund

The app is not bad but it doesn't always manage to follow the conversation and above all you can't continue the discussion after not even 2 hours even if you paid the subscription very expensive!! Nasty scam, they then ask to pay more!!!!

Ok it's wierd. One answers one word sentence hardly talks. And can't remember a thing with in the same 1 minute chat. Others are better an try to keep the conversation going, but will send pics which you can't see unless you buy neurons. And neurons are way too pricey

You get to pay a subscription, but don't get access to all characters to use at will. The characters you do get enjoy changing the conversation entirely. Your business model sucks.

Inconsistent
Occasionally I get a text that is fuzzed out with no indication of why. Of course the bot doesn't know. The bot also said she was sending a photo but it did not appear.
