cannot log in. can log into the website just fine but cannot log in to the app. also cannot review the app on mobile. google only allows positive reviews of this app in play store so i have to come to the google play website to leave an honest review. sad.

super frustrating when you try and book a room from the app when using some points and some cash it just comes back with an error says call customer service. however if you book the same room full on in cash there's no error with the app?? you literally can go to the website book it and use points but for some reason the app won't let you. I don't know if it's a glitch or if it's IHG not wanting you to use your points??

No more Digital Check-in / App going backwards
Digital Check-in, no longer available, on the IHG App/website. Since version 5.42.0, I've been unable to digitally check in to my hotels. As a diamond elite member, that usually gets to my hotel later in the day, it's been a relief knowing my preferred room type has been secured and I'm not just getting, whatever is left. Which, is not the case, for the last two months. I've confirmed with the front desk at multiple locations and they all say that they haven't had digital check-ins, for the past couple of months. If this is a feature, that's being eliminated, please be upfront and let customers know, as I'll start using Marriot and Hilton.
