Why? Just why?
The old saying goes. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Why would you change the ability to change your vehicle on the app. I've looked! I've looked everywhere! It's gone, it used to give you an option to do it when you went to pay for your order and again before you went to pick up said order. Why is that option now gone? Then to top it off it's not in your settings either! So you're telling me I have to actually login to the website to change my vehicle? Why? What sense does that make? Y'all out here making the public employees out here looking dumb! My guy was walking all around the parking lot looking for me and I kept missing him to let him know it was my order! I knew the vehicle was wrong but I've always had the option to change it before I went to pick up anything. We live in a day and age where A.I. is better and smarter than us. So leave it to A.I. stop messing with things. I love Instacart but this is a problem for me and before you say Publix and Instacart have different apps; I know they do but I checked both apps and was unable to change my vehicle details. FIX IT!

Something big changed in the app. I placed an order and there was no chat option to reach my shopper. Why would you take that away? Am I missing something?

I miss a point of why these people still claim to deliver groceries. Please somebody tell facebook to start this service. I been trying about 40 minutes now. This app doesn't work. Don't even deserve to eat my phone space.

This site is insane with the prices. On top of the extra fees, they charge. My mother spent $400 in groceries when she was on bedrest and could not drive and afterward discovered that they charged her $700 altogether. Not to mention that the shopper substitured every inexpensive item in her cart with the expensive version.

My order tonight was correct except for one item. I ordered market basket deli american cheese and added a note that I wanted the cheese to be sliced from the block at the deli counter. Instead I got sliced singles packaged cheese. Not a product I would use

They scam and take your food and give it too the community of people they know and put them in Walmart bags it could be your own neighbos. They would care if you have to feed your children and than don't do order before the store close this how the get you

When my delivery person was at the grocery store trying to shop for my items, he discovered that the store happened to be completely out of 2 of the 7 items on my list. He reached out to me to ask if there was anything else that I might want to get instead to replace these 2 items. I said yes, & told him which ones that I wanted. But when he tried to replace them in the app, the platform wouldn't allow him to do it. AND I was still charged for the 2 items anyways! WHICH IS COMPLETE BS INSTACART!
